  In the first and second quarters of 2009 A.N.R.S.C. organizes information seminars, training and professional training aimed at updating knowledge and legislative homogenized professional behavior. The seminars are organized for:

1. representatives of operators suppliers providers of municipal
   services;
2. representatives of central public administration authorities and
   local in the sphere of municipal services,
