DECLARATION AND COMMITMENT OF ANRSC PRESIDENT
IN THE FIELD OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT
The Municipal Services is an important field of the locally and nationally economy, the main aim of ANRSC is just to regulate the operation of these services efficiently, based on free competition and transparency.
To achieve the ANRSC objectives related primarily to the implementation of necessary measures for municipal services, in Romania in the European Union, we continue to improve the quality of services we provide and the performance of our environmental, health and safety of persons.
We have developed, maintain and continuously improve our system of integrated management in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2001, SR EN ISO 14001:2005, OHSAS 18001:2004.
The policy defined by ANRSC in the field of integrated management is focused on:
- decrease in average duration of the dossiers processing of licensing and resolution of complaints;
- increase the level of interested parties'satisfaction;
- continuous improvement of environmental performance, pollution prevention and reduction of environmental costs both in their fields of activity and the areas covered;
- compliance with laws and regulations on issues of environmental and occupational safety and health, identification, evaluation and control / reduction of risk factors for health and safety of persons;
To introduce integrated management system is to establish rules by which policy is implemented, and strategic objectives are carried out.
The rythm and success of implementation of concrete policies depend on each of the employees of our organization.
Through this document and by my personal example, I work to support policy implementation and to provide all necessary resources to continue improving services and efficiency of the integrated management of the ANRSC.
